The landscape design created a classic terraced setting for the Tudor house and its newly built wing.  In the rear of the property, the landscape was developed as a series of garden spaces with subtle grade changes between terrace, parterre gardens and pool garden. A simple palette of catmint and roses follows spring tulips in the parterre garden. Close by, the swimming pool is surrounded by hydrangeas, Russian sage and boxwood.

 

From every important room in the house, vistas

were developed so that the outside is an extension

of the inside.
